Your Prescription

Click “Select Lenses” to check out and upload your prescription (you can also e-mail it to us later). We accept prescriptions from any qualified optometrist within the last two years.

We will also require your Pupillary Distance, or PD, measurements. PD measurements are often provided by your optometrist within your prescription, but if not, please use our virtual PD tool or physical PD measurement kit, using the links below.
