OUR PRODUCTS

Greenwich Social Club are committed to a transparent and sustainable supply chain and we take responsibility for the products we design, materials we source and production of all products.

We work closely with some of the top eyewear production centres in the world who product products for leading design houses, sourcing deadstock materials in small batch to produce premium designer-quality eyewear for a fraction of designer price.

We eliminate middlemen, managing everything from design to shipment to your doorstep in-house, ensuring both supply chain, product quality and price bring our clients the best value.

Our Production Centres

We work with production centres in Danyang and Shenzhen, China, to produce our frames and lenses. We specifically work with centres with expertise in deadstock materials for our frames, and our lenses are made and cut bespoke to customer order.

Every single pair of glasses are carefully made by hand by skilled artisans.

That’s why, when you place an order, deliveries can take up to 3 weeks - we only make what we need and this ensures we don’t create any unnecessary product waste.

Our Materials

We only use natural materials in our glasses - when you order from us, your frames will either be composed from acetate or titanium, and your lenses will always be glass.

Acetate is a bioplastic made from naturally occurring cellulose, found in plants such as wood pulp and cotton, and is both renewable and bio-degradable. Titanium is a naturally occurring, 100% recyclable metal. Glass is made from natural materials such as sand, soda ash and limestone, and is also 100% recyclable.

We also aim to use 100% recyclable or biodegradable materials in our packaging, to ensure we do as little harm as we can to the Earth. ♡

When you’re ready for a new pair of Greenwich Social Club glasses, you can return your old pair to us for 15% off your next pair and we’ll recycle the materials to use again & again.

Finishing Touches

When your glasses reach the UK, they’re ready for their close-up. We finish the frames by hand and they undergo detailed quality inspection from our UK qualified opticians to ensure no detail is missed, before dispatching them to your doorstep.
